About Becky Bochniak

Becky Bochniak's name is synonymous with quality service and professionalism. She focuses on being a good listener to clearly identify the needs and desires of both buyers and sellers. Her high level of integrity, proven negotiation skills and creative marketing allow her to exceed her client's expectations. Timely communication, confidentiality and attention to details have earned her clients' trust.

With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Dallas area resident since 1979, she has become an invaluable resource for her clients. Becky holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) and Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) designations. She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Metrotex Association of Realtors and Women's Council of Realtors.

Becky also has a desire to volunteer and support various community service opportunities including Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots and Central Dallas Ministries.
